Each ClubTac crate is designed for a different level of gear demand — but every one delivers field-tested, high-performance tools. Here’s how they break down...

Standard Crate: Tactical basics done right. Perfect for everyday carry and foundational survival gear.

Pro Crate: More gear, more value - curated for serious prep, bug-out kits, and outdoor missions.

Premium Crate: Includes everything from Standard and Pro, plus exclusive elite-tier items, limited-run blades, and high-end tactical upgrades.

Legendary Crate: Ultra-limited drops shipped quarterly. Packed with rare gear you won’t find anywhere else - built for the collector, the pro, or the one who simply wants the best of the best. No gimmicks, no ranks — just real gear, tested hard, delivered right.

WHEN WILL MY CRATE SHIP?

Most orders placed before 4PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship next business day from our U.S. warehouse.

We also run scheduled crate shipments twice a month:

Orders placed between the 1st and 10th ship on the 14th.

Orders placed after the 11th ship on the 5th of the following monthTracking info is sent automatically by email once your crate ships.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CRATE SHIPS?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an automatic email with tracking details. To stay fully in the loop, make sure you’ve opted in for both email and SMS updates at checkout or in your account. Crate shipped? You’ll know.

HOW DO I PAUSE, CANCEL, OR UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFO?

To pause or cancel your crate subscription, log in and click “Manage Subscriptions.” You’re in full control of your plan status.

To update your shipping address or account details, just log in - your dashboard gives you access to make any changes you need.Need help?
