Shipping policy

All monthly boxes/crates are shipped at ClubTac’s sole discretion regarding the carrier service used to deliver to the address provided at the point of sale. In many cases, the cost of shipping exceeds the amount paid by the ClubTac member for shipping.

All monthly boxes/crates have a set Membership Subscription Rate (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual) based on the ClubTac Membership type (Standard, Pro, Premium, or Legendary).

• Standard Membership: $9.99–$19.99 per shipment per month

• Pro Membership: $9.99–$29.99 per shipment per month

• Premium Membership: $9.99–$49.99 per shipment per month

• Legendary Membership: $9.99–$149.99 per shipment per month

Shipping cost varies by box weight, box size, carrier, and destination. Membership rates are separate from shipping charges.

Shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Federal Holidays. ClubTac does not guarantee arrival dates or times.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a minimum $29.99 reshipment fee.

Crates typically ship on the 5th and the 14th of each month:

• Orders placed 1st–10th → Ship on the 14th

• Orders placed after the 11th → Ship on the 5th of the following month

Important: The above schedule represents standard shipping practice and is subject to change due to production delays, supply chain disruptions, or carrier issues.
